Congratulations on passing a milestone that not many of us shavers really reach! You did your homework and passed the final exam in honing by creating s superb edge on a, well, less than superb razor. The help from experienced people on this forum sharing their experiences and expertise is invaluable, and really cuts down the learning curve time. The next milestone may well be impossible; that is taking your Hanso Hattori blade and actually shaving completely BBS everywhere on your face and neck without nick, weeper, or irritation. i got my norton 4k/8k from the same guy, his name is Mike he is a very nice guy. since i'm local he even let me come pick it up from his house to spare me the shipping cost. i was currently debating running to him for the coticule too.
