    Default Honing using both hands

    Since I did not get much interest in this before, though I would try again. What has been your experience in using both hands to hold the blade down while honing. Are there any drawbacks?

    I know there are lots of opinions on this...

    I have always used 2 hands. Just enough weight form A FINGER to keep the edge on the stone and that's all. Not really pressure, just a weight. Works for me.
