Default Who to contact about getting one honed?

I have a Thiers-Issard razor that I've been trying to shave with for the past few months. So far I haven't shed any blood but I don't think I've had the razor honed the way it should be. I have a hanging strop and one of those paddle strops with leather on one side and a stone on the other. That is the only stone I have and I don't think it's getting the job done. I think a professional honing is in order so I could at least get an idea about how a properly honed razor should feel.

There are a number of guys here who can help you out. I'm sure one will be in touch with you. Lynn, David and several other guys are known for wickedly sharp razors.
