Since you're already getting a razor honed professionally, all you really need is a strop. If you want to touch-up your own razor instead of sending it out to get honed again, a simply barber hone will do you well.

If you want to venture into honing, the Norton 4k/8k is probably the best bang for the buck. You really don't need anything higher than 8k, but if you do, getting a seperate strop or a piece of balsa pasted with chromium oxide is all you really need. Chromium oxide will work well for touch-ups too if you want to pass on a barber hone.
