thank you everyone for your help and info, fortunately for me Gary Haywood has very kindly said he will hone it for me and has told me what he is going to use and how he's doing it so i can get the stuff and follow his instructions when it needs re-doing, so my razor is somewhere in a post sack at the moment hopefully it arrives in one piece thank you again for your help everyone
