I'd say continue to have the same care for the first few dozen shaves, especially when the honemeistered (new verb?) razor shows up. You'll need less force to shave and the last thing you want to do is hurt yourself, spoils the fun.

Just don't try for that perfectly smooth face on just one pass. Preparation, patience, multiple passes, and re-lathering can lead to the ultimate shave. Well, at least for me they do.

You still have to tell us what brush, etc. you're using.
