    I finally got a perfect Swaty for a reasonable price ($60). Sorry if you were bidding on it. The last good one I bid on went for over $150.

    So, can I use this to "touch up" my razor when it needs more than a good stropping?

    Yes, a few laps on your swaty will refresh your blade in between honings.
