    Default Am I strange?

After learning that I had completly decimated my diamond hone, I needed a replacement and found a 1k Norton today.

When I placed it in water to soak, it made all sorts of fizzy alkaseltzer type noises.
I found myself oddly delighted by this sound.
Is it just me, or does anybody else get a kick out of the sound of a good water stone preparing to wage a grinding battle against the steel?

Haha. Back when I used to soak my stones, I usually left them sumberged, so hearding the sound for the first time in a while usually amused me. Now I just thoroughly spray my Norton 1k, so I don't hear the noise anymore. Thinking about it amused me, though.

    Default strange?

"Strange" seems a little harsh... "unique" comes to mind, as does "atypical" or "singular".
Don't get hung up on hanging hairs.

The sound doesn't do anything for me, but I love to watch the little bubbles rise to the surface. Strangly hypnotic.

I just stare at the wall. The obvious benefit that I can do it for many hours....
Now if you would excuse me, I need to get back to it, that wall doesn't stare itself....
