What they mean is "muscle reflex "which i am sure you will understand what it is.
In Srp we don't go to details some words we try to use Generally accepted wording (to make easier for all of us). that is why we use muscle memory. Not everyone is Nurse or Doc or some scientist.
You may seen this wording just now but it has been around at least 4 years.

I don't believe I coined the term muscle-memory, but what the hell ever you call what is gained through repetition. I think all of us who made it through grade school or whatever you want to call it know that "memories" reside in the brain. Sorry if my questions and terminology are substandard. I digress.
