Default Lynn Honed "Best Quality" Dovo received!

    Definitely something to work towards!

Before shaving checked it out under the 60x. Interesting. There are scratches on the bevel, yet the edge is fine and straight. I had been thinking that the bevel must be polished, but it must be only the edge that is important.

The shave is very good. No pulling, sharp and smooth. I did a whole WTG with no nicks or cut moles. I'll be sending my other Dovo out soon.

Thank you Lynn!! Thank you SRP!

. You don't have to be worry about scratches on bevel etc As long as your shave is fine .

Yup there's another thread that had some discussion about this.

It would be cool if you could take a pic of the edge and post it so people could see proof that the extent of the polish and bevel can have no effect on the shave.

This razor does not actually cut whiskers. Upon seeing an Abrams honed blade, the whiskers actually voluntarily detach themselves from your face and lie down to die quietly in dignity.

Very few people know this. It is why an Abrams honed blade retains its edge so long: it never touches a whisker!!!

Many Bothans died to give us this information.
