Full blown mininal is razor, strop, and barber hone. Oh, and you need to include soap and a brush. I don't consider the brush to exceed the minimal cutoff.

I already have all that stuff. I have 3 brushes and a few soaps, creams, AS, etc. What I meant my minimalist was my honing setup.
