    Default question about the Pyramid

    Using the chart in the wiki section...does one work from 25 laps on the 4k to 25 on the 8k, working from one column to the other following the reduction in the number of laps, alternating between the two sides of the stone?

    Yes, the pyramid method has you alternate between the hones you are pyramiding on. In this case, back and forth between the 4k and 8k.
