What disturbs me the most about his honing, is the lack of care for his newly produced product. I wish he would take suit like most other vendors and put some tape on the spine. I know the razors are meant to be used, but when you take something that has a beautiful pattern, then break it up with hone wear, it is a shame.

Watching the videos available, the only sense I get is someone who is so comfortable with the razor making process, from forging to stropping, that he moves so fast as to make all others pale in comparison. A true master at work.
Yes, I see how he flips his razors over the edge instead of the spine, but a man doesn't make razors that sell for $1000+ if he can't put a proper edge on them. Just because he is able to work quickly doesn't mean he can't do a proper job.
