Did you say every time for shaving and then stropping? And when used the linnen side please?

To recap our conversation:
1. Your razor is shaving you ok but you want to get it sharper.
2. The hone you are using is a Belgian coticule.
3. I suggested a small numer of honing strokes between each shave until the razor is sharp enough for you. Then stop using the coticule.
4. Strop 30 roundtrip laps just before each shave.
5. After you have stopped using the coticule then you can start using the linen. When you do start using the linen perform 20-30 roundtrip laps and then follow that with 30 roundtrip laps on the plain leather strop.
