Thread: Vancouver BC Canada honemeister?

I live in Vancouver BC Canada and am wondering if anyone knows of a good place to get my brand new Dovo honed so I can understand what a properly sharpened straight razor should feel like?

I am a virgin straight razor user and my girlfriend just recently got me one as a gift. I am really looking forward to taking the plunge into the world of using and maintaining a straight razor, but would like to get it properly honed before I use it.

There is a well known seller of brushes in Vancouver. I'm not sure of the name, but they most likely sell razors and I have heard that the customer service is great. Atkinsons maybe? I'm not sure. Inquire here or on shavemyface.com
