    Default Recommendation for honing videos?

I am interested in learning about honing and maintaining a razor edge. What are some videos and DVDs that would be good for this. I also heard of Japanese honing using a back and forth motion. Has anyone tried this; is this a good way to hone?

    Thanks

    +1 on Mr Abrams' DVD.

The video tutorials by GSSixgun on YouTube are most excellent:

Default Be sure to see Glen's vids also

86 blades now and Glen's videos were incredibly helpful. 'Must see'.

I have a few DVDs for honing including Lynn's and there is a lot of information on them, but nothing compares to getting in person instruction. What I can honestly say has helped me most was meeting Glen last year. If I couldn't make it to a meet I would say that the best way is to watch and rewatch each of Glen's videos as well as every other honing video out there what I like is all the different camera angles to help catch the nuances.

    Default speaking of meetings..

I have Lynn's DVD and watched a couple of Glen's youtube videos but I still can't get the hang of it. I also watched a clip of Lynn honing at a meeting. Any way to be included at the next get together?
