    Default Iwaski Kamisori-toch up

    Finally today was a day.
After few months of using and after little bit pulling last time when I shave with my Kamisori, today I decide to do touch up before shaving.
So, I want to share my technique and oppinions after shaving:

    1. I raise up misty slurry on my Coticule (just 2 rubbing with slurry over the stone),
    2. honing as follows: 10 back forth strokes on Omote side and 2 back forth strokes on ura side
    3. diluting with water (just one drop)
    4. repeat 2. and 3. for 5 times
    5. after that I add few more drops of water so the slurry becomes very watery and did 10 back forth strokes on Omote side following by 2 back forth strokes on Ura side
    6. rinse the razor
    7. make 5 laps (10 strokes) on chromium oxide (M. Livi strop)
    8. rinse the razor
    9. place the razor on Coticule again (before that I rinse the Coticule well) but this time just with water and did light move the edge back and forth about 1-2 mm (10 back forth Omote, 2 back forth Ura side)
    10. repeat 9. for about 5 times
    11. rinse the razror
    12. stropping on linen side of my Kanayama #80000 (60 laps)
    13. stropping on leather side of my Kanayama #80000 (60 laps)

After all I can say, that for the first time I completelly feel all luxury and smoothenest of Iwasaki Kamisori shaving. This one was the smoothest and the closest shave in this 5 years of using straight razor.
Also, I must say "Many thanks" to JimR for his translation of "Honing Razors and Nihonkamisori" by Kousuke Iwasaki which can be seen on his Blog Eastern Smooth: At Long Last: Honing Razors and Nihonkamisori
For steps 7.-11. I got idea from that translation (I can call it reversing steps, because untill now chromium oxide always was my last step, but from today it will be step between polishing and 1mm polishing technique).

Well that's a really international approach, Japanese razor, Belgian stone, Italian loom, & Japanese strop
    Enjoy !

After more research I think that using of Chromium Oxide in this situation and the way I did is not really need because Coticule does not leave false edge (micro teethh edge) but it's OK to use it with the stones which leave micro saw tooth edge to remove that edge.
All in all I have to find and buy japanese natural stone which is the best choice to sharpen kamisori.
