    Cool grasshopper need sensai

    Is there anyone anywhere near rhondda south wales that can teach me honing if not i need some where to send my razors to for honing until i can learn

    There's a London razorcon in July and there will be a load of honing going on there if you want to come along! It should be a great day and there's lots going on: Honing, restoration, shaving demos and more kit than you can shake a stick at..!

    In the mean time I can hone your razor for you for the cost of postage if you like? Just PM me if you're interested!

    If one can see someone honing and explain as they go along it makes a tremendous difference in one's ability, almost instantly. Videos are good but when you see someone do it in person and have a chance to hear and feel the razor on the hone it is really very enlightening. Be careful though because this can lead to instant HAD!

    this is why i asked about the availability of anyone to teach me, its always better if someone who knows what they are doing shows you. london is bit far to travel to th razorcon but if needs must ill have to make the trip

    If at all possible attend a razor meet, you can learn more in a day with the help of others than you would in a year on your own.

    Damn this guy makes it look so easy,I did notice he has a full beard though,with tallent like that id have a hairless body thanks the reply i got tones to learn
