It's just going to take time . Learning to shave can be difficult when you're using a razor , that you are learning to hone , at the same time . I know , because I did it , too . Your razor may not be sharpened quite up to to it's full potential , or maybe it is . You don't really know , because you don't have enough experience , to know how a razor should shave . As others have said , you should get an inexpensive , shave ready razor from the SRP classifieds , so you will know for sure , what a properly honed razor should feel like .
