Thread: Norton 4/8k vs Spyderco Ultrafine, need advice

new intel. it seems like the UF stone is around 4-5000 japanese grit, but some people say it feels much finer... maybe and 8k glassStone would be better now?? i mean insted of a 4k since i already have something 4-5k-ish

I have used the UF and it is NOT! a 4k stone, it is definitely much finer. The best thing you can do is send a PM (private message) to Papabull (Robert Williams) and ask him about the Spyderco Medium, fine and UF stones.

To maintain your razor the UF and the 1.0 would be adequate but the 0.5 would make the shave more enjoyable. You can find both at www.classicshaving.com.
