In Canada? Sure, Maxi (http://straightrazorpalace.com/members/maxi.html) will sharpen a blade that'll make any hair fall away with fear and chagrin.
He just restored 5 blades of mine, and showed me the process on the final one - just amazing. Shoot him a PM, he'll treat you right.
