    Default How would you.....

So I picked this razor up from an antique store a while back and while I assume it's past my current honing abilities am wondering how you would go about honing it.

It's a double hallow (as stated on the blade etch) and has a distinct second grind, I would call it, about 1/4 down the width of the blade.... Any ideas?

I have a personal razor that has that type of grind here is the thread and some links to info

But ya hone them the same as any other razor, ya rub it on the rocks hehehe

I really like the feel of the shave from them myself

Hey thanks for the link...that old patent was a good read! Yeah when i saw this one it was CHEEEAP!, had the "double hallow" AND a MOP covered tang so I had to grab it!! It's a little loose in the scales so maybe I'll throw it in the box I'm sending you tomorrow ;-)

    Thanks again!
