You can maintain the edge with the strop and CrOx. I imagine (I have not used one) that you could also maintain on the 12K Naniwa.

If your shave technique is good, you keep the edge out of trouble (by not knocking it on things), and you really get the stropping going, you can actually maintain an edge without abrasion for a serious amount of time. However, I realise there are a lot of "ifs" there, and also an assumption of a level of skill that you may not (yet) possess when it comes to shave and stropping technique. So until the time that skill develops, what you currently own is more than adequate to maintain an edge, and in particular the paddle with CrOx.

For touch ups you will be fine with the CrO only.
Eventually you will need to go to the 12k SS to refresh the edge, then touch ups on the CrO and so on.

The le Grelot has pretty hard steel and in general takes a bit more to hone than most razors. I've used a diamond pasted strop on mine but find a hone to work best. I use my Escher for touchups on mine.

Thanks thebigspendur,,, unfortunately its very difficult to me to get a bunch of hones to try as I live in Mexico,, It was expensive to bring the naniwa already,, In you opinion,, could you tell me how many passes should I do in the CrO for touch ups and how many in the naniwa in case of refreshing the blade??

I haven't used those so I can't tell you. General advice would be do strokes in groups of ten on the CrO and test. If need be do 10 more and just continue that routine. I would guess similar for the Naniwa however I'm sure someone with that hone will come by and give advise from experience. The razor won't change the routine just the number of strokes it will eventually take to get it back up to snuff.
