The initial work on a dovo inox (new) has taken me 6 evenings for the initial work and 3 weeks of shaving and fine-tuning on just a coticule (yes that is the yellow side). Now I am by far a honing expert, but that is how long it took me before I was satisfied (and had grown enough beard to test-shave).
