You know what Confucius say? Man with one hone know how to hone. Man with many hones never sure.
No matter how many men you kill you can't kill your successor-Emperor Nero

Thanked: 23forthosewhotoil a dovo best quality would have cost you an extra $30 or so and are great razors equal to they're more expensive ones,if you buy from a store that hones them when they sell them you will experience sharp and when you decide to hone a razor later on you will have some idea of how sharp it should be,or get one from the classifieds here either way try the hair test for yourself and see how that relates to the shave you get

Another thing to add is, before you make a purchase, feel free to ask any questions. You can ask the seller, post in the forum or pm one of those guys with the mentor designation under their name. Most all of us here want to make sure you have the tools you need and the knowledge to use them to your best advantage.
Also, if you happen to have a question about anything on the bay, it's usually best to ask by pm to avoid the risk of driving the price up.

Have the equipment, not the results
One other place you can look is the vendors corner thread. There are some good pieces from those vendors. They are SRP members but don't sell in the classifieds they have there own sites.
