2- whate the correct way to put it. by my hand or cloth?

3- What amount of paste that are placed on the wood ?how many takes time to start?

4- Does the wood should be cleaned after pastes use ?

1 - You need a different strop/hone for each paste

2 - Either will work, whatever you prefer

3 - Start with a little and add more if needed, it much easier to put on than take off!

    4 - No

I'm not sure what you mean by "White Lapping Paste" if it's the chalk based stuff I've not used it but I hear it works better on linen or canvas as opposed to balsa.

Pretty much sums the answers up there. You have to use different strops for different applications, else you get grit contamination. The easiest application, if your crox is in paste form, is to just basically "color" up and down the balsa 2 or 3 times like a giant crayon, let it sit over night and dry, then take a paper towel and lightly rub off any excess that didn't dry. Do not clean the wood, the pores will build up w/ the compound which is what you want.
Mastering implies there is nothing more for you to learn of something... I prefer proficient enough to not totally screw it up.
