When shaved for the fisrt time I noticed that the razor was pulling a lot.. I lapped my nani 12k and made about 200 strokes... with no presure and taking care of every single stroke and then stropped it... The bevel is mirror polished now... and I am now able to make the HHT without a problem.. My third shave was very pleasant and I am now falling in love with the blade... My question is ,,, as the naniwa 12k is a finishing stone,, is there a danger of giving too many strokes and dulling the blade with it??? did I overhone the blade?
