I think he is referring to a blend-tech blender. Cool looking razor I would almost want to use the scales on a resto or a custom blade.

It was a joke!
I could see no other use for it so why not see if it "blends";
will it blend - YouTube
But if you can get it shave ready I know you will impress a lot of people here, put it on the stones and see what happens!
