    Default Honing success I think??

Honed a razor today after doing one yesterday that turned out like garbage. So I watched a few more videos read a lot. Went back to the norton 4/8 and did the circle honing followed by some x strokes really watching the water displacement this time. Did most of the circles on the 4 k side then like I think 10 x strokes on the 8 k then stropped her on diamond I think 10 times then scrub leather then premium leather 10 each . Lathered up and boys she shaves can't believe I actually did it lol... Now if I remember somewhat what the hell I actually did it may work again lol.. I'm gonna have some fun and mess around with different things pyramid etc.. I wanna thank all of u for helping me with my ridiculous questions and Lynn for the videos... Happy shaving !!!

Always a good feeling when you have your first success at honing. Keep at it and it'll just get better

I tried the pyramid method for the first time the other day. I reallly liked it and may have even gotten better results than other ways.

Congratulations! You will see your honing skills will only get better every time you hit the stones.

I believe for the pyramid to work well you must have a good bevel set, thats where my problem is, setting bevels, ive been doing circle honing and then into the pyramids but im not to sure that's working for me..
