Thread: Thanks to AFDavis11 !!

I've had a Sheffield near wedge razor for a while. I recently made custom scales for it (look here)

Ever since the first time I bought it, I never felt that it was honed quite right... At least it wasn't shaving comfortably compared to my other ones. No offense to the person I got it from. Anyways, I asked AFDavis to hone it for me this time, especially after having such a great meetup in January. Plus he lives in the same state as me lol!

All I can say, is I'm very satisfied! I'll have to try it again when my beard is shorter. I know that it can be more challenging to hone these types of blades. Mine also has a slight smile on it. So thank you Alan for doing that. You ROCK! I hope you don't mind if I keep sending my razors to you, until I get a lesson and learn from the master hehe... I'll pay you too. It's the least I can do. It's not often anyways, I use my double edge's more.
