    Hi Moobe,

    If your edge is popping hairs nicely from heel to toe, sounds like it will probably shave well.

    Should your edge need more work. I would try to set the bevel on the 4k until it is popping hairs from heel to toe. Then you can do a pyramid, and move on to your strops.
