    Default New genuine Nakayama?

    Hi there!

I'm the very happy new owner of a tennen toishi, and it's really great!

I bought it as a "Nakayama" and I was wondering if this stone has typical features of a Nakayama,
like the kawa / skin? I can only show bits and pieces of the side kawa...
I couldn't see the bottom because it's attached to wood,

Also, does anyone know what is written on the bottom? There are 3 lines, the last one is captured in 3 different pics

    Thanks!Name: DSCN3347.jpg

There's very few people in the world who could definitively give you the provenance of that stone just from pics.
    Lemur and WW243 like this.
The white gleam of swords, not the black ink of books, clears doubts and uncertainties and bleak outlooks.

Repost? Anyway the best thing to do IMO is use it and see where you go. Your prior post gave you an HHT 4 first try so it seems you are on your way already with it.

Indeed, thank you! (but there are a very few so maybe...)
I've posted this also in the section "Hones",
the intention was to found out what the meaning is of the text on the wood,
therefore it was advised to post it here also,
    it's very intriguing!
