I was trying to find a wetshaving forum in Japanese, but with no luck.
Do you know if there's something similar to SRP?

Here's a helpful thread with a list of links. I should mention that web culture is much different in Japan. Dedicated forums are rare. Instead, everyone just uses 2ch, which is like Japan's reddit. The key difference is that 2ch doesn't have sub-reddits. Everything is posted in the same place, and you're expected to use the search function to find things. Although the 2ch thread I linked has some links to other threads, I bet you could find more if you search for 剃刀.

Edit: I especially recommend the 剃刀の友 (The Razor Friend) blog. The most recent post chronicles a visit to Kanayama.
