Default Istanbul Flea Markets/ Antique Stores with Razors?

Hi: Any recommendations for Flea Markets or Antique stores in Istanbul that might have antique razors? Visiting in July. Thanks!

First check with airlines if there will be a problem bringing them home.

Then know your brands, condition and prices.

Istanbul, I'd be actively searching for a Wade and Butcher, Ottoman and Egyptian Royal Windsor Razor, a very, very, very rare straight razor that seems to have been specially made for guests who stayed at the Royal Windsor Hotel in Cairo...you're essentially across Cairo and there might be a chance you'd find one there.

I've only seen a picture of one, and a member at another shaving forum is the only owner of one I know.

If you find one, I'll send you my address to ship it to me!

Ok, so I get on a plane go to Royal Windsor in Cairo and shake the hotel down for a razor my Lost Uncle left there in 1902, sound good??

Think W+B starting up again might come out with a limited production run of the rarity?? I doubt it but ya never know for sure.

Already tried, they didn't have it, or any others lying around...

There's one dude over at B&B who actually has one...seen it in his SOTDs...amazing....and makes the RAD burn in such a helpless, futile manner....

Boy, I bet it does, especially for guy's who have copious amounts of cash to spend. I'll have to go gold mining over there to have a possibility of finding some rare ones. I like the gold mining, first, uncle sam doesn't know if I find any and my cranky little woman has no Idea either so it is Hahahaha, Razor money.!! I did find nearly 12 pounds one year- Gold that is 22-24K assay.
