Awesome Seth! I haven't done potstickers in long time. Mine tend to be oily so with anything secretes more oil than usual be it your bacon, egg roll and what not, I place paper towel on plate so it absorbs some of the oil. But sometimes dumpling sticks on the paper towel. Not saying yours does.

News flash some of us don't even peruse that forum. I've actually only been there once. I've 1002 threads bookmarked and still going through 1/4th of them do you think one would bother to go into Finer Things to look for Japanese food or would it be more sensible to actually go into "Japan" forum to see if anyone may post something that's related to Japan and its culture?
