    No fair.
    You need to show the entire knife or razor and tell us more
    about it and why a translation is justified.

    Well, I asked the wife and she said they're too stylized to read properly. The last one is "saku", meaning "Made by", the first two are the name of the maker--maybe "Shuu-somethingorother".

    修司作
    しゅうじさく
    Shuujisaku

    Shuuji being the maker, saku meaning made by.
