The Fon Golden Star
Well I hope i'm in the right place to post this, firstly I would like to personally thank JimR for the razor and excellent service, being a custom knife collector and straight razor user, and a lover of all things Japanese especially their steel, i would like to show you the razor the Fon Golden Star along with my Japanese Feather AS - D1 and favourite knife my Mcusta.

Great razor! How does it shave?
Where could one go about procuring a razor like that? In Japan? I live in Tokyo and would like to know.
Looks rare and beautiful.
Best,
Auto

Search for the Fon Golden Star
If i'm honest I think the vendor as since ceased selling vintage new old stock razors, i dont think they are particulary easy to come by, but being in Japan would probably make it a lot more easier for you to find one, than comming from Merthyr Tydfil in the South Wales Valleys, anyway i wish you good luck in your search for the Fon Golden Star, PS sounds like i've given you some sort of quest to find a ancient relic.

Wonderful razor, probably the most beautiful etch I've ever seen on a razor.

Luck's got nothing to do with it, I just jumped on it as soon as Jim posted these on Easternsmooth.
In fact, they were available for a while. Not cheap, but available
