Strange Henckels Cutlery - Anyone Identify?
Can you please tell me the intended purpose of the Henckels Friodur #53 3 1/2*. I have had it for years but never was certain about the reason for th design. When purchased I assumed it was for cutting cheese but it seems not so great for that purpose. Is there something else? It is too good to throw away but too weird to figure out.

It definitely looks like a decorating knife.
Now if somebody could tell me how to turn this thing off !
And NO a little force doesn't do it. That's how I got it to come on :<0)Last edited by 10Pups; 02-15-2015 at 05:31 AM.
Good judgment comes from experience, and experience....well that comes from poor judgment.
