    Default Randall Model 15

So I bit the bullet and a Randall model 15 is in the mail as we speak. I had one years back and I regret letting it go.
I'm looking forward to having this beautiful tool back in my arsenal.

Beautiful blade. I've lusted for a Randall knife for years. Yours is a perfect size. I know it will exceed your expectations. Merry Christmas for sure.

I got that exact same model in 1965. Had my name etched in the blade just forward of the handle on the pile side, and they spelled it wrong.

I had planned on taking it to Viet Nam, but I got out because of a congenital heart defect. So I gave it to my best friend to take to 'Nam when he got shipped over. Someone stole it from him over there, but he came back in one piece, and is still kicking, so that is the most important thing.

They make a beautiful knife, and that one, the Model 15 Airman, was designed with the assistance of the USMC. Great knife !

    Default Randall Knives

I was very fortunate to obtain 3 of these beauties. A Model 5 "Camp and Trail"; a Model 8 "Trout and Bird" and, specifically designed for Florida, the Denmark Special. Each has a unique purpose. They are all I could ever want or ever need.

I love my Trout and Bird. Beautiful piece of craftsmanship. I know that it's collectible and has gained value since I bought it many years ago but I sort of regret never using the thing. My wife will probably sell it for $5 at the garage sale when I croak.
