Default Sheath for USAF survival knife

USAF survival knives are great for dirty jobs, they're cheap and easy to find. The only problem is the ratty sheath
that's supplied with them. I found a company that carries a killer sheath for these and USMC Ka-Bars too.
Check out the old WW2 snap on the keeper.

Nice looking sheaths, I take it that the 'pocket' in the front is to hold a small hone?
Our house is as Neil left it- an Aladdin’s cave of 'stuff'.

Zippo, Hone, Prophylactics, Travel Size Soap, Half of a Mounds Candy, Club Crackers, Guitar picks anything you might need in a survival mode.

Those are great-looking sheaths, MisterClean-kind of pricey, though. I've still got the USAF survival knife I got as a teenager when I think I paid less than 20 bucks for it; takes a great edge and yeah, I use it for some rough work you wouldn't want to abuse a more expensive knife on.

Nice to know there's a nice sheath available if I ever need one.

It gave me an idea, I'll try to duplicate one for my K-Bar.

Keep us posted if you decide to follow through with this project. Who knows it may turn into

When you said Air Force knife, I was thinking it would be a picture of a butter knife....
