    Default Making a few knives

While I really appreciate knife designs and materials used... I've never really been a "knife guy". Sure, I tend to always keep a pocket knife on me but that was about the extent of it.
I started grind because of razors.. I think I've made 3 knifes in 5-6 years..lol.
But, now my oldest son is 10.. and 10 year old boys think knives are cool
So at least for a little while I'll be making a few knives, with design help from the 10 yr old.
    Should be fun...lol
Here is a "work in progress" little fixed blade made out of cpm 154.

Very nice, both design and execution! I agree with your ten-year-old; knives are cool. If I were you I'd keep him on as assistant designer.

Simple and clean lines. I'm just glad you didn't do a "cleaver style" blade that so dang many are doing. Should have made two, one for him and one for you!

I will post up the "extras" on my site.
I basically cut 2-4 blanks of whatever I'm doing, just in case of mistakes.
So there's a chance of extras with every one... there's also a chance on zero...lol
