This was my grandfather's everyday carry knife. I watched him use it more times, than I can count when I was a child. It was given to me this weekend. He died in 1979 & I guess it was poorly stored. I never knew it still existed, or I would have taken it years ago, to keep it from this condition. I did what I could, but the steel is cratered, like nothing I've ever seen. I put her on an old Carborundum, actually one of his he used weekly. She will cut arm hair now, but will be permanently retired & only handled to oil her when needed.
