Thanked: 586My Kitchen Cutlery
Here are my kitchen knives. As you can see I really dig Henckels Four Star.
We live in a one room house with windows for walls. Although it is nice to look outside at the natural surroundings, the house presented some challenges in the storage department. I designed systems to suspend alot of stuff from the overhead.
Here is what the rack looks like stowed:

I like what you did with the storage. I have many of the Henkles that you have and really like them. I also have a Martin Yan Cleaver that is a little less bulky than most and I use a lot. I have been meaning to ask, what camera are you using? Nice photos.

Way cool house. And a nice collection of knives I really like the storage safe out of the way with easy access. Now tell me more about the house.

Thanked: 586Thanks!
The house is post and beam with two bathrooms and two lofts for sleeping. It has a 14 foot high ceiling which is why I was able to put a suspension bridge ten feet above the living room floor for Mr. Toes.
We have windos all around so the light is very welcoming. Here's the other part of the kitchen:
It is located on an 80 acre farm with a 300 foot mountain and seven miles of trails. We are very lucky to have been renting the place for the last six years. It's like living in a park. The Pootatuck River flows through our back yard so we have domestic ducks. Here's a video about them:

I have some shots of the outside I will post when I find them. However you can check out the website of the farm where we live:
