I think I did this last year some time but I forget. I'm sure you all know I have a "illness" when it comes to kitchen knives.

I can't be the only one here that likes glossy edges on all my knives in the house (except for the wifes knives...) . I'm sure some of the KF crowed is here as I bump into them over there all the time

I'm stuck on Japanese knives but work with people that are just as happy with Western knives. While I have a working knowelege of western knives I'm not much up on the steels used and the uses many people use them for. I meen I can go on about what style knives to do all kinds of tasks with japnese knives and a good bit on western, but I always want to know more

If you haven't guessed I Love kitchen knives as they can be peices of art that you can use everyday, can't say that about your hunting knives (even if we wish we could ). So please post your interests and feeling about kitchen cutlery
