    Hello, Wayne:

Welcome to Straight Razor Place. We have several members here who know every thing there is to know about knives. I am sure they will post your answers soon.

In the meantime, please peruse out Wiki for all kinds of information about the world of straights razors.

    Regards,
    Obie

    Welcome.

As Obie says, there are some members here who know about pocket knives but it might also be worth checking out some of the knife forums for information as well. They are likely to be able to provide the information you are looking for as they are dedicated to the subject.

Welcome to SRP David. Are you in possession or interested in any particular straight razors that you want to find out about ? Photos of same are always appreciated and help in accurate identification.

Hi Wayne and Don. Welcome to SRP. I know you didn't ask but since you must be curious I will say in advance that we don't give appraisals of value on SRP. That said you have a really nice piece of history there. Thomas Turner made some beautiful straight razors and your pocket knife sounds like a great collectible.
