There's a fair number of them up here anyway. I just figured that 2013 wasn't going to be the year, due to some other expenses, so I've been avoiding the gun shows.

I have a few khukris from Himalayan Imports, Gurka House, and Atlanta Cutlery.

Aren't you supposed to blood a khukri, when it has been drawn? Seem to remember being told that 20 odd years ago, but could be wrong.

I don't know about blooding it but I did sharpen it and shaved a bit of leg hair with it , which may be akin to blooding it depending on where I am on the Glenmorangie scale.
