So I'm spending Easter at my mom in law's house (henceforth referred as Mamma) and putting around in the backyard doing some stuff for her. I go into the basement to look for some tools, and in one drawer I spot a dirty folding knife, which I know Mamma doesn't even know it's there. I stash it in my pocket, go a bout finishing in the backyard and head to the dining room some good authentic Italian cuisine.

When I get up to get the coffee I felt the knife in my back pocket, so I pull it out and ask her if I can have it. She tells me I can have it and that somewhere there's a box of folding knives that used to belong to my Father in law - seems the old man was fond of them.

This particular one was a gift given to him by one of his brothers in law while visiting Italy sometime in the early '70s.

After a little bit of cleaning with Mother's polish this is what it looks like:

Anyone familiar with the brand? It looks nicer than your average folding knife and it got me curious.
