    Default Newbie from Holland

    Hi All,

    I've been shaving with a DE razor for over a year now, ever since I started doing that I'm looking forward to properly shave myself with a straight razor in the future. So last month I started out looking for some information about straight razor shaving and wounded up here at Straight Razor Place, what I believe is the most complete and understandable guide to straight razor shaving, stropping, honing and all the other shaving related stuff. Huge thnx to all the folks who made that SRP Wiki pages possible.

    To make the introduction complete, I bought my first straight razor yesterday and I'm waiting for it to be delivered. In the mean time I thought it would be nice to create an account here and start to be actively involved on the straight razor place forum.

    I hope to dig up some more useful tips here in the near future, thnx in advance!
