Nothing wrong with them, my curious mind wandered, and my razor hasn't arrived yet, being processed in Romania(Clus) as we speak.

What sort of thing were you thinking? There is a pdf with a whole load of templates for original vintage razor scales, you can also buy them from the bay, or just design your own. I have been toying with the idea too, but don't want to start on that dangerous spiral. :)
Well I should get a few extra shaves out of my noggin than I do my face. It isn't your hair that's dense either, I think it might be your 'ed Ed :) Actually truth be told I have just as many bald spots in my beard as I do on my head. Yep. Just one small patch on the top...I call it thinning though ;) Don't know what my eards problem is, but I couldn't be bothered to grow one (except the G & M) anyway, since it's more fun shaving it off.
You know, you should talk to the fish, they make their own scales...Well most of 'em anyway. Pretty good at it too! :) I haven't tried it yet, but I don't think it would be too hard. Getting the balance right would be the trickiest bit.

Definately worth a shot regardless!!
Here's set I made from Welsh Holm Oak and Welsh yew, the tree was struck by lightening and had to be felled I was told the tree was over 600 years old, and we all know Yew trees can be even older, they are found in every Welsh graveyard I've ever been in, they were pre Christian and part of Celtic mythology they were thought to protect the Celtic spirit from evil and guide him or her safely to the spirit world.

There's a lot of yew, oak and willow where I'm from, I'm half tempted to see if i can muster up something from a willow branch...
