Did this razor shave well when you first got it ??
The reason I ask is from what I can see in the pics, this has the looks of a Pakistani razor, which means no amount of work will probably ever get it shaving.. It is very hard to tell for sure from just pics, but it is something I would perhaps check closer on before investing time and money into it...
Again if you can make the Meet in Spokane on the 29th I could tell in about 3 seconds.. you might also fire a PM to K37 aka Kennrick I am not sure if he is still stationed at the same base as you, but he might be

No it never shaved very well, I ended up using a shavette for a while after a couple shaves with this, pulled and left pretty bad razor burn
